Working principle
Double-off double-off and relief function valves are characterized by a "wedge-shaped" design in which the seal-sliding plate sealing surface moves vertically relative to the valve body sealing surface-using an elastic sealing ring to transfer wear to the intermediate surface (cock and sliding plate guide rail), completely eliminating the common problems of ordinary valves: seal wear and abrasion. During the rotation, the seal and the sealing surface of the valve body always maintain a certain gap. The seal can do free rotation, no friction between the sealing surface, the seal will not have wear.
Features
1. The sealing slide and the cock adopt a unique inclined wedge dovetail guide structure. Through the unique transmission structure, the sliding plate sealing surface and the valve body sealing surface have no contact during the switching process of the valve. Therefore, the sealing surface has no friction and wear. The service life of the valve depends only on the aging speed of the rubber, which greatly prolongs the service life of the valve and the switching torque of the valve is small.
2, the valve adopts double sealing structure, upstream and downstream sealing at the same time, and each sealing surface has soft and hard two kinds of seal, soft seal to ensure the zero leakage of the valve, hard seal has a protective effect on the soft seal, while the hard seal has fire prevention function.
3. The middle flange seal and packing seal adopt double sealing structure to ensure that the medium will not leak.
4. All surfaces in contact with the medium are plated with anti-rust and wear-resistant metal chromium or nickel.
5. The valve has the function of online maintenance. The sealing slide and the cock are connected by dovetail groove. If the soft seal damage device on the sealing slide needs to be replaced, it is not necessary to remove the whole valve from the pipeline, only need to remove the valve bottom cover, pull out the old slide, replace the new slide, and install the bottom cover.
6. The valve flow channel has two kinds of full diameter and Venturi reduced diameter. Full bore valves are suitable for pipes that require ball cleaning, and Venturi reduced diameter is suitable for pipes that do not require ball cleaning.
7. A pressure relief device is installed on the valve. After the valve is closed, abnormal pressure rise in the valve cavity can be prevented, and the sealing effect of the valve can be checked.
8. The valve has a switch indicator. The indicator is synchronized with the switch position of the valve, which can accurately display the switch status of the valve.
